Kwel' Hoy Totem Journey: A Journey of Voice

Rena Priest is a Lummi tribal member from a long line of fisherpeople. She holds an MFA in writing from Sarah Lawrence College and works in her tribe’s funding office as a Grants Writer. She has previously taught various topics in the humanities at Northwest Indian College, Western Washington University, and Fairhaven College. She also has a background in Oral History.
